2. Psicodinamica delle Organizzazioni: aspetti inconsci e dinamiche profonde nel mondo delle imprese (Roberto Maniglio, Simona Marrella,
Maria Simona De Rinaldis) pp. 21-51
Abstract. This essay explores the psychodynamic aspects that characterize the functioning of corporate organizations, analyzing how unconscious processes, transference dynamics, defense mechanisms, and symbolic structures profoundly influence organizational life. Through an analysis that integrates the contributions of classical psychoanalysis with developments in organizational psychology, it highlights how businesses are not simple rational economic entities, but complex psychosocial systems in which individual and collective unconscious forces operate. The paper examines leadership dynamics, group phenomena, organizational culture, decision-making processes, and resistance to change through a psychodynamic lens, offering a deeper understanding of organizational behaviors and their implications for business management.
Keywords: unconscious aspects, deep dynamics, psychodynamics of organizations, businesses, organizational life.
